I was surprised today.

I got repeat orders for my cookies.

I guess I’ll continue baking.

People seem to really love my Brooki and Ube White Chocolate cookies, so I’ll be making those again.

Honestly, getting repeat orders feels different from getting a first sale.

A first sale could be curiosity.

A repeat order means they actually enjoyed what I made.

And that made me really happy.

Before I start baking again, I need to spend some time practicing and refining my techniques.

I want the next batch to be better than the previous one.

A little more experimentation.

A little more testing.

A little more costing.

And a lot more tasting.

At the end of the day, if I’m not pleased with what comes out of the oven, I can’t confidently serve it to someone else.
